1. Purchase
Ask a member of staff for a tax-free form when paying for your purchase. The form must be signed by the shop.
2. Customs
For purchases made in France, present your form at the Pablo kiosks to obtain the export stamp. For purchases made in Switzerland, go directly to one of our offices.

Present your validated documents at our counter to receive a cash refund.

Travellers who have made purchases in a country other than their country of residence can claim a VAT refund on purchases made during their stay.
What documents are required to claim a refund?
You must present a tax-free form signed by the retailer, validated by customs, and on which you have provided your surname, first name, address and signature. You must also present your passport.
The details (surname, first name, address) must be exactly the same on both documents.
Where can I claim my tax refund?
You can claim your refund at one of our four currency exchange offices at Geneva Airport.
What is the deadline for requesting a refund?
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to submit your request. This period may vary depending on the country.
Why does my tax-free form need to be validated?
Customs validation is mandatory for purchases made in France to confirm that the goods have left the country.
