• genuine
• undamaged

The rates shown online correspond to interbank rates, used for electronic transactions between banks. At physical exchange counters, we deal in cash (banknotes), which involves additional costs (transport, insurance, cash handling, etc.). 

It is therefore normal for there to be a difference between these two types of rates. Unlike some providers, we do not charge a fixed commission, the rates displayed are net, meaning the actual amount you receive.
